If the National Health Act 1953 makes the publication of PBAC Executive meeting agendas unlawful, how can the Department publish full PBAC agendas, outcomes and Public Summary Documents? The irony is that the Department of Health uses the legal protections provided to companies as the basis to block the release of information it does not want in the public domain. Does it mention these legal protections when pushing for fewer redactions in PSDs?
