Dispatch AI Index Prize Draw
1. Promoter
Daily Dispatch Pty Ltd (ABN 55 159 992 999), publisher of BioPharmaDispatch and BiotechDispatch, of Suite 9214, 4 Duff Place, Deakin, ACT, 2600 ( "Promoter").
2. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive one complimentary standard registration to the AI Health Summit, 9 November 2026, The Establishment Ballroom, Sydney, valued at $990 AUD ("the Prize").
3. Entry Period
Entries open [insert start date] and close 11:59pm AEDT, 2 October 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to anyone who completes the Dispatch AI Index survey and separately submits their name and a valid email address in the prize draw entry section during the Entry Period. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Daily Dispatch Pty Ltd are not eligible. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entry is free, no purchase is necessary.
5. The Draw
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using an online randomiser, ensuring every entrant has an equal and fair chance of winning. The draw will take place on 5 October 2026.
6. Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to select a new winner.
7. Already Registered?
If the winner has already purchased and paid for their own registration to the AI Health Summit, that registration fee will be refunded in full upon confirmation of the win.
8. Transfer and Cash Value
The Prize may be transferred by the winner to a colleague at the winner's discretion. The Prize has no monetary value outside its stated use, cannot be exchanged, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
9. Privacy
Name and email address collected for entry into this promotion are used solely to conduct the draw and contact the winner. This information is kept strictly separate from survey responses and is not used in any analysis, reporting, or findings related to the Dispatch AI Index.
10. General
The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable Australian law.
