Health Minister Sussan Ley wants "options" on the PBS and would consider a second Memorandum of Understanding. She remains committed to quickly listing new medicines approved by the PBAC, is concerned about the out-of-pocket cost of medicines for consumers, wants to build a greater understanding of how reimbursement decisions are made, and has "lots of thoughts" on a successor to Dr Sue Hill.
