Dr Greg Cook, the director of access policy and advocacy for Bristol Myers Squibb Australia and New Zealand, spoke with BioPharmaDispatch about the company's submission to the parliamentary inquiry into access to new medicines and medical technologies.

According to Dr Cook, Australia's access environment has evolved over the years and there a number of current opportunities for change that would enhance the system and ensure it remains 'world-class', particularly for increasingly complex personalised medicines and in the use of real-world evidence.
